Ingredients — Serves 4
For the Chicken:
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 2 tbsp Southern Drawl Chicken & Pork Mild Seasoning
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- Salt & black pepper to taste
For the Filling:
- 4 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1 cup fresh spinach, chopped
- 1/4 cup sun-dried tomatoes, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 tsp Southern Drawl Chicken & Pork Mild Seasoning
How to Make It
- Prepare the Chicken: Butterfly each chicken breast by slicing horizontally, being careful not to cut all the way through. Open and flatten slightly.
- Season the Chicken: Rub both sides of each chicken breast with Southern Drawl Chicken & Pork Mild Seasoning.
- Make the Filling: In a bowl, mix together cream cheese, mozzarella, parmesan, spinach, sun-dried tomatoes, garlic, and 1/2 tsp Southern Drawl Chicken & Pork Mild Seasoning.
- Stuff the Chicken: Spoon the filling onto each chicken breast and spread evenly. Fold the chicken over the filling and secure with toothpicks.
- Sear the Chicken: Heat olive oil in a large oven-safe skillet over medium-high heat. Sear chicken for 3–4 minutes per side until golden brown.
- Bake to Perfection: Transfer skillet to a preheated oven at 375°F (190°C). Bake for 18–22 minutes, or until chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C).
- Rest & Serve: Remove from oven and let rest for 5 minutes. Remove toothpicks, slice, and enjoy!

- Don’t overstuff — too much filling can leak out.
