Ingredients
For the Chicken
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp Southern Drawl Chicken & Pork Seasoning
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp smoked paprika
- Salt to taste
For the Sauce
- 1 cup Southern Drawl Peach BBQ Sauce (plus extra for serving)
How to Make It
- Prepare the chicken: Pat chicken breasts dry. Brush with olive oil. In a small bowl, mix Chicken & Pork Seasoning, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, black pepper, and salt. Rub evenly on both sides of chicken.
- Preheat the grill: Preheat grill to medium-high heat (about 400°F). Lightly oil the grates.
- Grill the chicken: Place chicken on the grill. Grill for 6–7 minutes per side, or until internal temperature reaches 165°F.
- Brush with Peach BBQ Sauce: During the last 2–3 minutes of grilling, brush chicken with Peach BBQ Sauce. Flip and brush the other side.
- Rest the chicken: Remove chicken from grill and let rest for 5 minutes. This helps keep it juicy.
- Serve & enjoy: Slice, drizzle with extra Peach BBQ Sauce, and enjoy with your favorite sides!
