Steak Bites

Made with Southern Drawl Beef Blend Seasoning.

Juicy on the inside, seared to perfection, and packed with bold Southern flavor!

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 lbs sirloin or ribeye steak, cut into 1-inch cubes
  • 2 tbsp Southern Drawl Beef Blend Seasoning
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika (optional)
  • Salt to taste
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

How to Make It

  1. Prepare the steak: Pat steak cubes dry with paper towels. This helps get a perfect sear.
  2. Season generously: Add Southern Drawl Beef Blend Seasoning and toss until every piece is evenly coated.
  3. Heat the pan: Heat olive oil in a large cast iron skillet over medium-high heat until hot and shimmering.
  4. Sear the steak bites: Add steak bites in a single layer. Sear for 2–3 minutes per side without stirring, until a deep brown crust forms.
  5. Add butter & garlic: Reduce heat to medium. Add butter and garlic. Stir and spoon the melted garlic butter over the steak bites for 1–2 minutes.
  6. Finish & serve: Add Worcestershire sauce and toss to coat. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve immediately.

Southern Drawl Tip

Let the steak sit at room temperature for 15–20 minutes before cooking for the juiciest results. Don’t overcrowd the pan — sear in batches if needed.
