- 1 tsp garlic powder (optional)
- 1 tsp olive oil (for cooking)
Burger Toppings (optional)
- 4 slices cheddar cheese
- Lettuce, tomato, onion

Buns
- 4 brioche or potato buns
How to Make the Perfect GPS Burger
- Season the beef: In a large bowl, add ground beef, GPS All-Purpose Seasoning, Worcestershire sauce, and garlic powder (if using). Mix gently until just combined. Do not overmix.
- Form patties: Divide into 4 equal portions and form patties about 3/4-inch thick. Make a slight dimple in the center of each patty to prevent bulging.
- Preheat & cook: Heat grill or skillet to medium-high. Lightly oil the grates or pan. Cook burgers for 3–4 minutes per side (165°F internal temp for medium well) or to your desired doneness.
- Add cheese: In the last minute of cooking, add cheese and close the lid or cover the skillet to melt.
- Toast buns: Lightly toast buns on the grill or in a pan until golden brown and buttery.
- Build & enjoy: Build your burger with your favorite toppings and sauces. Take a bite and enjoy bold, Southern flavor in every bite!
